No question is too small, especially if you’re booking pet care for the first time. I’m always happy to help and make the process as easy as possible.
A 50% non refundable deposit is required to secure a booking, with the remaining balance payable after the service has ended. Cash and online bank transfers are accepted.

Cancellations
I understand that plans can change, but in the event of a booking cancellation, can I respectfully ask that dog walking cancellations be requested at least 48 hours in advance of the booking date, and pet visits and pet sitting block booking cancellations be requested at least 7 days in advance to avoid a full payment request.
